Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Approx 100kDa band was also observed on full-lengt. IHC: Paraffin embedded Human Testis. Recommended concentration: 8µg/ml.. Notes: Flow Cytometry: Flow cytometric analysis of HepG2 cells.. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
