H2S Fluorescent Probe 1 (Compound 2) is a low-cytotoxicity sensor for hydrogen sulfide detection. Upon reaction with HS⁻, it exhibits a new absorption at 485 nm and a rapid fluorescence enhancement at 434 nm. This probe is suitable for tracking H₂S in both in vitro assays and live-cell imaging studies.
