Application Notes	This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 45.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 15 kDa and 40-45 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and 24 kDa, 40-45 kDa and 60 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
