Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD140a antibody. Human MG-63 cell line were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Green Histogram) or an anti-human CD140a antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # orb2975281, Red Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Western blot analysis was performed using anti-CD140a/PDGFRA monoclonal antibody at 1 µg/mL on various samples. Lane 1: recombinant human CD140a/PDGFRA (Catalog No: orb2966811).
