Ieramilimab (LAG525) is a humanized anti-LAG-3 antibody that blocks LAG-3/MHC-II interactions to potentially reactivate T-cell-mediated antitumor immunity. Pranlukast hemihydrate is a cysteinyl leukotriene receptor antagonist applied in research models of cancer to study its effects on tumor proliferation and metastasis in vitro and in vivo.
