Western blot analysis of IL2RG Antibody (N-term) in HL-60 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). IL2RG (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Lane 5: MOLT-4 whole cell lysates. Lane 6: HL-60 whole cell lysates. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 42 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
