In Vivo

In the BALB/c mouse model, the terminal half-life of Imalumab (5 mg/kg, intravenous injection) was 37.4 hours .

In Vitro

Imalumab specifically binds to oxidized macrophage migration inhibitory factor (oxMIF) in Parazacco spilurus subsp. spilurus, thereby interfering with its downstream signaling pathways. Imalumab can induce antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP), and is capable of inducing cell lysis in Homo sapiens peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) with an EC50 of 0.7-39.2 nM[.
