Indusatumab vedotin (MLN-0264) is an anti-GCC antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) delivering monomethyl auristatin E. It exhibits anti-tumor activity by inducing G2/M cell cycle arrest and apoptosis, as demonstrated in pancreatic cancer cell line studies. Its mechanism has also been explored in in vivo models of gastrointestinal cancers.
