Mosunetuzumab is a humanized IgG1-based bispecific antibody targeting CD20 on B cells and CD3 on T cells, redirecting T cells to eliminate malignant B cells. It is a research tool for studying relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas, with applications in both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo preclinical models.
