Mouse tissue direct PCR kit

This kit is specifically designed for mouse transgene identification and routine genotyping. It enables direct, rapid extraction of genomic DNA from various mouse tissues—including tail clips, ear punches, toe biopsies, and muscle tissue—for immediate downstream PCR amplification and analysis. The streamlined protocol eliminates the need for mechanical homogenization, tissue disruption, overnight digestion, phenol-chloroform extraction, ethanol precipitation, or column purification. Additionally, the kit requires as little as 5–10 mg of tissue or a 1–5 mm tail snip for successful identification.
