NDI-Lyso

NDI-Lyso is a cathepsin B-activated prodrug that selectively targets cancer cell lysosomes. Upon enzyme-triggered self-assembly into nanofibers, it induces lysosomal membrane permeabilization and caspase-independent cell death, demonstrating potent activity against diverse cancer lines, including drug-resistant models, with low toxicity to normal cells.
