Ola-NC-SS-PEG-Lap

Ola-NC-SS-PEG-Lap is a selective inducer of immunogenic cell death. It leverages the synergistic effect between NQO1 bioactivatable compounds and PARP inhibitors to selectively trigger immunogenic cell death in tumor cells without harming normal cells. Ola-NC-SS-PEG-Lap promotes reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation and enhances DNA damage. It is activated by glutathione (GSH), releasing Ola, which, in conjunction with the Lap component, exerts a synergistic antitumor effect. Ola-NC-SS-PEG-Lap exhibits anticancer activity against colorectal cancer.
