In Vivo	Methods: Orticumab (10 mg/kg, intraperitoneal injection, once a week for three weeks) was used to treat B6.lpr.ApoE-/- mice (18 weeks old) fed a high-fat diet (HFD) and its therapeutic effect was observed.
