Description

PB28 dihydrochloride is a dual sigma-2 receptor agonist and sigma-1 antagonist with demonstrated anti-tumor and anti-SARS-CoV-2 research applications. It suppresses renal cancer cell proliferation and invasion via PI3K-AKT-mTOR pathway modulation and induces non-caspase-dependent apoptosis in neuroblastoma cells by inhibiting ER calcium release.
