C6 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with orb1292499 (Phospho-PKC (pan) (zeta) -T410 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000, treated by PMA/TPA (200 nM) at 37℃ for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight.
