Western blot analysis of (1) Rat kidney lysate, (2) A431 cell lysate treated with EGF. Using Phospho-PP2A alpha (Ser307) (orb2563002) monoclonal antibody at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
