Probe qPCR SuperMix

Probe qPCR SuperMix is a 2X master mix optimized for probe-based qPCR, formulated with HotStarTaq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and Mg2+. Additionally, the balanced ratio of K+ and NH4+ ions in the buffer promotes specific primer annealing. To ensure high sensitivity and specificity, reactions are set up by simply adding primers, probe, and cDNA template to the ready-to-use master mix. The unique buffer formulation guarantees sensitive qPCR performance across all real-time PCR instruments without requiring further optimization.
