Detection of human HJURP by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (2 µg) from K-562, U2OS, HeLa, and MCF-7 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HJURP antibody (orb1525931) used for WB at 0.04 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.
Detection of human HJURP by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (500 µg for IP; 2% of IP loaded) from K-562 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HJURP antibody (orb1525931) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. HJURP was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (orb1525931) and rabbit anti-HJURP antibody.
