Rabbit Phospho ERK1/2 (T202/Y204, T185/Y187) Antibody

Detection of human phospho-ERK1 and ERK2 by western blot (WB). Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells that were mock treated (-) or treated with TPA (+). Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Phospho ERK1/2 orb1524515 used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B). In (B) , ERK1 was immunoprecipitated with affinity purified rabbit anti-ERK1 antibody. To demonstrate the presence of total ERK1, blots (A) and (B) were stripped and re-probed with anti-ERK1 antibody. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A) and (B).
