Storage	Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. In general: 12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -80°C as supplied. 1 month, 2 to 8°C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 3 months, -20 to -80°C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Buffer/Preservatives	Lyophilized from 0.22um filtered solution in PBS (pH7.4) with 5mM DTT. Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before Lyophilization.
Concentration	>0.5 mg/ml
Reconstitution	Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
