Specific band present but requires optimization. PTEN band was detectable at ~55 kDa, however background noise was noticeable in the higher molecular weight region. Signal-to-noise ratio improved significantly after increasing blocking time to 2 hours and reducing antibody concentration to 1:500. Suitable for PTEN detection with protocol refinement.
