I found it very effective antibody against the diabetes, it is easy to use, it's cost is normal, I recommend other people to use it if you want be healthy.
MHM-88 antibody reacts with both soluble and membrane human immunoglobulin M (IgM). It does not react with other Ig isotypes. Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: use as a primary or secondary reagent for ELISA analysis. Due to the presence of excess soluble IgM in whole blood, which competes for antibody binding, staining for IgM on cells in whole blood is not recommended.

I used the Biorbyt IL-17RE antibody (orb184432) for the immunofluorescence in the epithelial cells. The results come back fantastic and the staining was bright and specific.
I used this to target the phenotype antibody secretory cells (CD27hi CD38hi) inside the memory B cells population. Extremely happy with the results. I use a lower concentration than the manufacturer says cause this is a bright antibody. Definitely, one of the best combinations ever.Performs extremely well in low activity population

When it works, the bands look great, but that is not always the case.

Our lab generates a lot of protein knockouts in mouse embryonic stem cells using crispr-cas9 technology. We use Western Blots and subsequent sequencing to screen potential knockout clones. Not bad for screening knockouts, but there is a nonspecific band close to the expected band which complicates analysis. I think the lower band is the correct band, though I can't be sure.
