I have achieved high quality results using this product. The amount of protein needed for a western blot is a lot less than other antibodies I have tried, which is very helpful. We also get very specific bands. Great results! Our go to antibody!

The staining looks find and I get what I want. However, further experiments are pending to confirm the quality of this Ab. CXCL5 staining looks good in animal tissues.
For western, I used 1:1000 dilution and prepared the antibody in 3% BSA. It worked efficiently. A single band at the expected size was obtained. For IF, I used 1:50 dilution in % BSA solution prepared in 1X PBS. For IP, I used 2ug for 500 ug of whole cell lysate of the MCF-7 cell line. It's a very good antibody and provides reproducible results.
Works well at 1:500 with 2% PFA fix in HeLa cells. Also picks up endogenous CLK1 in WB at 1:1000.
