The product is very effective and I was advised by the lab technician to use this product. We have used this CD133 antibody for quite some time, as it gives us highly reproducible results and easily identified staining. The concentration ratio allows us to do multiple sets of slides with the same lot and produces publication quality results every time.

Orb348962 was used for immunohistochemistry and Western blot experiments. The immunohistochemical staining results showed that the antibody had good specificity and obvious expression. Useful Collagen III Antibody from Biorbyt. Alkaline antigen retrieval (pH 9.0) caused more background staining. I used citrate pH 6.0 to reduce background staining. I increased the BSA that I normally use from 1% to 3%. There was a nice response. I can say that I got a better response than I expected in my trying. We are using the SGCA antibody for flow cytometry. However, it has only been validated for ELISA methods. The antibody gives a bright signal (FITC). It also comes in clear packaging. Great antibody, needs to be validated for flow cytometry.
