In Vivo	Amubarvimab and Romlusevimab at a 1:1 mixture of 10 mg/kg or 50 mg/kg intritoneally injected into hamsters showed potent activity against SARS-CoV-2.
In Vitro	Romlusevimab showed a high binding affinity for RBD with an equilibrium dissociation constant (KD) of 0.56 nM.
