ROX Reference Dye

ROX Reference Dye is an inert fluorescent dye used in real-time PCR (qPCR) or RT-PCR to normalize fluorescence signals between wells. It does not participate in the PCR reaction and maintains a stable fluorescence signal throughout the process。ROX dye can correct for variations in fluorescence signals caused by uneven lighting, differences in well optics (such as droplets, bubbles), and variations in reaction mixture concentration。
