In Vivo	Tixagevimab can be combined with Cilgavimab to form AZD7442, AZD7442 (2,4 or 16 mg/kg, intravenously) in hamsters infected with the G61 strain and Omicron variant, resulted in a dose-dependent decrease in lung infection titers and viral RNA levels in hamsters, and the infection titer at 16 mg/kg was significantly lower than that at 2 mg/kg.
