TMN-OMe

TMN-OMe is a GPR39 agonist capable of penetrating the blood-brain barrier and serves as a radiotracer for positron emission tomography (PET). It activates GPR39 by recruiting β-arrestin and exhibits high selectivity in binding within the mouse brain, allowing for quantitative in vivo analysis of GPR39. TMN-OMe shows specific uptake in GPR39 knockout mice, Alzheimer’s disease model (APP/PS1) mice, and in blocking experiments. This compound aids in the exploration of changes in GPR39-related mechanisms in neurological disorders and is widely used in Alzheimer's disease research.
