25 ug of the indicated Human whole cell extracts was loaded onto a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. 1 ug/ml of the antibody was used in this experiment. The peptide is present in isoforms of 39 kDa, 37 kDa and 30 kDa. The protein may also be phosphorylated and/or glycosylated.

Sample Tissue: Human Fetal Liver, Antibody dilution: 1.0 ug/ml.
