Vazyme - VAHTS Dual UMI UDI Adapters Set 1 for Illumina

VAHTS Dual UMI UDI Adapters Set 1-Set 4 for Illumina is a DNA library preparation kit adapted to Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. In the kit, VAHTS Dual UMI Adapters for Illumina are incomplete double-ended UMI-Y adapters that are compatible with library preparation kits with various T-A connections. After Adapters connection, 5-6 nt Unique Molecular Identifier(UMI) is added to each end of Insert DNA, which can be used to detect low-frequency mutations. In addition, the VAHTS UDI Primer for Illumina in the kit contains a Unique Dual Index(UDI) with specific matching. After library amplification, the double test of two completely independent indexes can be realized. Index hopping & Index misassignment is minimized to ensure that the reads that end up in the analysis flow are closest to the actual sample. This kit consists of Set 1-Set 4. Each Set contains 24 different VAHTS UDI Primer for Illumina and VAHTS Dual UMI Adapters for Illumina. All Adapters provided in the kit have undergone strict quality control and functional validation to maximize the stability and repeatability of the library preparation.
