Vazyme - VAHTS Target Capture Core Exome Panel

The VAHTS Target Capture Core Exome Panel employes a tiling probe design and consists of over 400,000 ssDNA probes of 120 nt. Using Human GRC h38/hg38 as the reference genome, the product covers 19,441 genes from Refseq, CCDS, ClinVar, and other databases with a target capture area of 33.9 Mb and is compatible with mixed capture of up to 12 samples.
