VAHTS Target Capture Universal Blockers and Post-PCR Primer Mix for Illumina-TS contains Universal Blockers for Illumina-TS and Post-PCR Primer Mix for Illumina-TS. Universal Blockers for Illumina-TS are universal adapter blocking sequences specifically developed for common Illumina DNA libraries. They are applicable for single-indexed or dual-indexed DNA libraries (6 - 8 bp) and can prevent concatemerization of library molecules caused by annealing of adapters during hybridization, thus reducing non-specific hybridization and improving the on-target rate of hybridization capture. Post-PCR Primer Mix for Illumina-TS contains universal amplification primers specially developed for Illumina TruSeq DNA libraries. All the reagents provided in the kit have undergone rigorous quality control and functional testing to ensure the optimal stability and repeatability of the experiment.
