It can directly bind to AhR, leading to the upregulation of AhR target genes such as CYP1A1, CYP1B1, and TIPARP, thereby mediating cell growth inhibition in triple-negative breast cancer cells. ZSTK3744 hydrochloride induces apoptosis in these cells and exhibits antitumor activity, making it useful for research on chemotherapy-resistant triple-negative breast cancer.
