Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human CD205 mAb (orb2322372). (A) orb2322372 does not bind to Jurkat cells that do not express CD205. (B) A clear peak shift of orb2322372 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD205-expressing Raji cells, indicating strong binding of orb2322372 to CD205. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
