Pre-clearing with a non-specific rabbit IgG is recommended to reduce background. Neut: 1/400. Incubate the samples with the antiserum for at least 4 hours before being tested. A control of similarly diluted normal rabbit IgG (heat inactivated) is recommended. RIA: 1/4000. WB: 1/400 - 1/800. Predicted molecular weight: 21 kDa.
