Bioactivity

In Vivo
Umifenovir (45-180 mg/kg; p.o. ; daily for 5 days) suppresses the transcription of influenza viruses (IFV)-associated inflammatory cytokines. Animal model: BALB/c mice were infected with A/FM/1/47 (H1N1). Dosage: 45, 90, and 180 mg/kg. Administration: p.o. ; daily for 5 days. Result: Decreased the transcription of cytokines in murine lung following the IFV A (H1N1) Infection.
