SYBR Color qPCR SuperMix

SYBR Color qPCR SuperMix is an optimized 2X real-time PCR master mix containing HotStarTaq DNA Polymerase, SYBR Green fluorescent dye, dNTPs, and Mg2+. Additionally, the balanced ratio of K+ and NH4+ ions in the buffer promotes specific primer annealing. To ensure high sensitivity and specificity, reactions are set up by simply adding primers and cDNA template to the ready-to-use master mix. The unique buffer formulation guarantees sensitive qPCR performance across all real-time PCR instruments without requiring further optimization.
